We have the largest training area in Derby. Based on the Heavy Goods Vehicle Testing Station at Raynesway, we are fortunate enough to have enough land to simulate all of the Module 1 test manoeuvres. Also junctions when practicing for your CBT.
We have Honda CB 500 motorcycles for the DAS courses and Honda CG 125’s and Honda CBF 125’s for A2 courses and CBT. Also Sym Jet 50cc mopeds for CBT.
We have an on-site mechanic who services all of our bikes regularly.
We use Maxon radios (as used by examiners when taking your test) for a clear reception, with pouches as are used at test, to simulate the procedures/conditions used when and if you take your motorcycle test.
Using our own individual radio frequency during training, stops outside interference.
Motorcycle clothing and crash helmets are available for your use, free of charge, should you not have your own. We do however request that you wear a balaclava/ski mask if you are borrowing a helmet for hygiene purposes. This keeps them clean and fresh at all times.
High visibility vests are used for all students whilst training.
A heated classroom is used for your theory discussions (fans are available to keep you cool on those rare occasions when it is warm). There is also a TV for showing educational DVD’s. ie Module 1 test.
A camera bike is also available to record your training sessions.
There is also an available space for you to change.
Toilet facilities for male and female.
Drinks are also available.
We even have a fridge to keep your lunch cool if required.
There is ample car parking.
